The main topic will be a report on the status of the YMCA project on Parcel 6 and we will hear from John Ferrell, the President of the Y, as well as Steve Hines, head of development for the MTA.

In addition, there will be updates and reports on the Greenway legislation, the Simpson Housing project on Parcel 1 in the Bulfinch Triangle and 120 Kingston Street.
