East Broadway Streetscape Community Meeting

On February 13th, there will be a community meeting sponsored by the
City of Somerville, Mayor Joseph Curtatone, and Ward 1 Alderman Bill
Roche in partnership with East Somerville Main Streets to discuss 3
potential design alternatives for the new East Broadway Streetscape.

LOCATION: 165 Broadway at The Old Fire Station

The three street design alternatives aim to create a more
distinct physical environment for East Broadway, which will support
growing local community and economy.

Proposed design elements include:

* *bicycle lanes *
* *better crossing *
* *more trees and landscaping*
