CICLISMO CLASSICO ANNOUNCES 11th ANNUAL JINGLE RIDE
TO BENEFIT CYCLE KIDS AND BOSTON AREA CHILDREN

ARLINGTON, Mass. – Ciclismo Classico, the leader in active vacations in Italy, the Northeast US and beyond, has scheduled its tenth annual holiday bicycle parade for December 9, 2007. Once again, the one-of-a-kind winter bicycle parade in New England will benefit Cycle Kids, an independent nonprofit organization designed to introduce children to the joys of cycling, healthy eating and fitness, environmental awareness, and the world of physical science through after school cycling-focused programs.

What’s the Jingle Ride?
The Ciclismo Classico Jingle Ride is a festive bicycle parade fundraiser of over 50 merry cyclists who will don bells on their booties, dress up in Christmas costumes, decorate their bikes with lights, tinsel and ride en masse from Arlington Center, Mass., through Harvard Square, along the Charles River Bike Path and through some of Boston's most charming and decorated city streets. Santa Claus and his eight reindeer will lead Ciclismo alumni, family and friends of all ages along the jingle ride that will end in Boston's Historic Quincy Market. If you don’t see them, you’ll hear them as they pass out candy canes to all the kids and sing out Christmas carols and holiday greetings to busy shoppers! The merriest costumes will receive prizes!

Suggested donation is $20 per rider. Make checks payable to CYCLE Kids, Inc. For more information visit www.cyclekids.org.
