NABB Public Safety Forum

via Don Carlson, Chair of the Public Safety Committee of the Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay:

With the death of the cyclist on August 7th at Beacon Street and Massachusetts  Avenue, and a reminder that the Massachusetts Avenue intersections at Beacon Street and Commonwealth Avenue are the two most dangerous intersections for cyclists in Boston, the topic of bicycle safety will be front and center at the next Public Safety Forum from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 26th.

We invite everyone who would like to participate in, or just listen to, a discussion of bicycle safety issues and solutions.  Representatives of the Boston Police Department and other organizations will be attending.

The meeting takes place from 6:00 - 7:00 pm on Wednesday, August 26th, in the Hale Chapel of The First Church in Boston, 66 Marlborough Street (corner of Marlborough and Berkeley Streets).
