The Esplanade Association is excited to announce the opportunity for families with children to jump on the yoga bandwagon... for FREE! Family Esplanade Yoga will be ocurreing at the park every Saturday through October 9th from 3-3:45 PM. Instructor Karen Fabian, Bare Bones Yoga Founder, finds a way to make yoga attractive and attainable to the youngest of enthusiasts, bringing smiles and joy to the faces of those children she leads. Bring your friends and family out to Family Esplanade Yoga on a Saturday afternoon to take pleasure in each other’s company, and get some fresh air, while enjoying the Esplanade in this unique way.
